Page owners can export the Facebook Insights to get a thorough analysis of the page performance. To download the Insights, click on the Export button on the top-right corner of the page. They can export up to 500 posts at a time or insights for 180 days.

Page owners can choose from page data, post data and video data. They can look at the clicks, likes and comments on each post also the link clicks and other clicks and photo views. This will give page owners a good picture about their post interactions and page performance.

  1. Schedule Posts

Schedule posts are an effective way of batching your work. You can schedule your posts at a given time while posting it. The entire calendar of upcoming posts can be checked by clicking on Publishing Tools and then go to Scheduled Posts.  You can also collect content to be used later, by saving it in your drafts.

The Save Feature from Facebook allows users to bookmark content to be shared later. To do so, click on the down arrow in the top-right corner of the post and select “Save link”.

All the saved posts can be found on the left-side of the Facebook area, under the Favorites category in the “Saved” menu.

Page owners can improve the security of their pages by (i) Reviewing the page admins and (ii) checking login activities.

Full admins have complete control over the page and can remove other admins and even delete the page. It is crucial to provide page admin rights to only those whom you fully trust. To check the admins, go to Settings of your business page and click on Page Roles. If you are a full admin, you can click the X next to the admins to remove people who don’t require access.

To check this, click on Settings from your Personal profile and select on Security. From there, click on “When You’re Logged In”.You can end all sessions you no longer use by clicking on End Activity.
